We appreciate the free 30-minute consultations, which have been super insightful, to be honest. The sessions here are scheduled weekly, and we like the frequency because it provides a more consistent routine.
But it’s his accountability that truly blew us away. During our surveys, clients praised the non-judgmental sessions, which helped them be more open about their struggles.
Flexibility is one of the best features for us, as he’s open to online, phone, and on-location life and career coaching in Oklahoma City. As a cherry on top, he works with all types of people, from creatives to entrepreneurs.

When it comes to focused attention on business professionals, Professionally Written has totally nailed it. They’re an OKC-based company that specializes in career coaching and business documents.
Furthermore, their focus is on helping clients get the proper assistance to ensure a callback for interviews. Mainly, they assist with resume writing and interview coaching, which we found are helpful strategies for your career.
But here’s the catch: resume and interview coaching are where it ends. And sadly, they aren’t ideal for long-term goals.
Also, communication isn’t their strongest suit, in our opinion. During our surveys, some clients reported slow responses, and we believe that resume drafting should always be on time.
On a good note, their services are quite vast. They also offer cover letter, exit letter, and introduction letter coaching, without the use of AI and generic templates—everything’s customized based on your strengths.
Overall, they’re still helpful. We even interviewed clients they’ve successfully helped get jobs in Oklahoma City through resume coaching, which was exactly what they needed.

One of the reasons we included JC Business Coaching and Consulting on our list is that management skills don’t come naturally for everyone, and that’s exactly what entrepreneurs need.
If you take a look at their services, they offer business coaching for new and established business owners, whether you have a startup or a recognized company. Plus, they offer one-on-one and group coaching.
What makes it all better is the variety of leadership coaching services they offer, such as business, corporate, and event coaching. Remarkably, they also act as consultants for business owners needing advice across all areas of operations.
Sadly, they mainly focus on business owners, so we don’t find them ideal for non-leadership roles in OKC. Still, anyone needing their services will find the targeted and personalized approach caters to their needs.
Plus, they’re open for online and phone coaching, despite primarily offering in-person sessions. All in all, we found that there’s still a deeper engagement and understanding, regardless of the type of session.

When it comes to expertise, Next Level Leaders knocks it out of the park. It’s headed by Julene Litke, who has earned various credentials in career coaching over her 40 years in the business.
She’s exactly who we want for a seasoned career coach. Her focus on advising business and ministry leaders is great, except that her clientele is quite limited. Despite not working with all professionals, her career counseling services are still impressive.
For example, she provides advice, feedback, and strategies to her clients’ professional and personal lives. All these are strategically planned to ensure she can help them deal with stress and lead with confidence.
And from the look of things, she does the job well, way more than we imagined. Her clients appreciated her leadership coaching skills and for helping them uncover growth opportunities, which they’ve noted were valuable to their development.
A solid career coach, overall. But she’s busy, so sometimes, booking her for leadership workshops can be tough—the free 30-minute discovery call is a plus, though.

She’s the right person for high achievers, considering she primarily works with high-ranking professionals, such as business founders, CEOs, and leadership teams. It’s great and all, but her client list is a bit limited to managerial roles.
If you’re exactly who she works with, we think you’ll be pleased with her coaching strategy. She focuses on momentum that is tailored exactly to your professional role, which will bring you out of your career rut.
