One of our favorite things is their wide range of services, apart from HIFU, of course. They offer various treatments that can complement skin lifting and tightening, no matter what area of the body you’re targeting.
It’s the individualized plans for each client that truly caught our attention. Each one gets a plan that will target their problem areas, and these are carefully crafted based on the client’s goals and budget.
Plus, their HIFU treatments can tighten and soften your look, and they treat the face and body, from brows to stomach.
Unfortunately, their customer service isn’t perfect. During our surveys, we found out about miscommunications regarding the payments, as well as some appointment mishaps.
On a positive note, clients who require more than one session have the option to pay in installments with zero interest. The in-house financing offers six to twelve-month payments that won’t affect your credit score.

Mariposa Aesthetics & Laser Centre is a place that gets attention. Their facility is massive, with plenty of privacy and parking spaces for every client—convenient, really.
The place is top-notch for aesthetic treatments, which will greet you with friendly faces and a calming vibe. Even the clients we talked to praised the welcoming environment, which helped them calm down before their treatment.
Here, you get Ultherapy instead of HIFU. Both provide skin tightening and lifting by helping with collagen production, but your wallet should be ready because the former is more expensive, which doesn’t help since their facility is pretty pricey already.
The good thing is that Ultherapy comes with real-time imaging through its DeepSEE technology, which allows the practitioner to see the skin layers. Another pro? It tends to be less painful than HIFU.
Even if it’s pricier, Mariposa Aesthetics still manages to provide cost-effective options in OKC. There are package deals available, which change from time to time, so we suggest asking the staff if there’s one available for Ultherapy.
Another reason we trust them is the customized service, since they offer a lot of aesthetic treatments, which can aid in faster collagen production and skin uplifting. Plus, they also welcome male clients.

One of the major factors that made us include Longevity OKC is their variety of skin tightening and body contouring services. Aside from lifting your skin, they also offer medically-supervised weight loss—the best of both worlds, basically!
Let’s start with their facility, which we have to say, has a very welcoming vibe. It has a calming atmosphere, which is elevated by their front desk staff, who are friendly and professional.
Service-wise, we see no problems, except that they offer Ultherapy only. Since there are no HIFU treatments, you’re stuck with the pricier option for skin rejuvenation.
It comes with good things, though! Ultherapy allows the practitioner to visualize the layers of the skin in real time, instead of the “blind” treatment of HIFU. But it is a more expensive option.
Honestly, the price is fine. Longevity OKC offers good value for money based on results and customer service. From what we’ve seen, their clients noticed a significant improvement in their skin, which showcases the expertise of their staff in Ultherapy.
The last thing we like? Their free consultations include the Visia Skin Analysis Facial Scanner, which will capture your facial image and analyze your skin condition. This $125 value comes at no cost, which isn’t something you don’t hear every day!

So, we’re cheating a bit here, but we just had to include Skin Care Institute. It’s in Tulsa, which is a little under two hours from uptown OKC, but it’s worth the drive if you’re serious about skin lifting.
Their skin tightening treatment shows results! They offer Ultherapy, so it comes at a premium, but the silver lining at this spot is the customized pricing, which is determined by your skin goals.
Plus, they offer financing when the treatments get a little too overwhelming, budget-wise. It comes with installment plans for 3 to 24 months and is applicable to certain promotions.
As for the service, we like that only a qualified practitioner who knows and understands facial anatomy will work on your skin. And it’s true, because judging by the results we’ve seen, the successful treatments resulted in naturally-looking lifted skin.
To top it off, the whole experience at Skin Care Institute has been smooth sailing, including the free consultations. We owe it to their staff, who know how to take care of their clients’ needs and aren’t pushy about their services.
Overall, the service at this clinic has been exceptional. If you don’t mind the drive from Oklahoma City, this is an Ultherapy clinic worth going to.
