Top 5 Office Spaces in Oklahoma City to Keep Your Team Productive!

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Facilities & Amenities - At each office space, we made sure the essentials were covered—reliable Wi-Fi, comfy chairs, meeting rooms, and, of course, plenty of coffee. We also looked for extras like printing services, kitchen access, and lounges.

Location - No one wants to spend half the day stuck in traffic, so we focused on spaces that are easy to get to from main roads, close to restaurants or cafes, and have convenient parking for you and your clients.

Availability - Flexible leases and 24/7 access are huge perks for both early birds and late-night hustlers. We checked how easy it is to grab a spot, whether you need a dedicated desk or just a place to drop in, so you’re never left hanging.

Business Support Services - For small businesses and startups, having resources on hand makes a big difference. We picked offices that offer things like on-site receptionists, mail handling, tech support, and networking events.

Finding that perfect office space can feel like hunting for the holy grail—except with more coffee runs and way less medieval drama. With so many companies shifting gears and remote teams popping up, the whole “office” thing isn’t what it used to be.

Some people want a buzzing coworking vibe, while others need a quiet spot. Whichever you are, these office spaces in Oklahoma City are worth a look.

Trust me, they’re not your average beige-box setups—they’re spots where you can actually get inspired to work (employment agency Oklahoma City). So if you’re tired of fighting for desk space at your local cafe or desperately seeking a meeting room, check out our top picks!

How much does office space typically cost in Oklahoma City?

In Oklahoma City, you can expect to pay between $19 and $21 per square foot annually for office space, depending on the location and amenities. This price range is typical for most commercial listings and covers the rent for a professional workspace in the city.

Essential Offices has been a local staple in OKC for over 30 years, and after dropping by ourselves, it’s clear why they’ve stuck around.

They do a great job combining true privacy with the convenience of shared amenities—your space doesn’t feel makeshift or temporary; it genuinely feels customized to you.

We saw options ranging from solo offices to team setups and even satellite offices for larger groups, so there’s a lot of flexibility, whatever your team’s size or needs.

If you’re after a coworking spot, they offer memberships for that, plus virtual offices with professional addresses and mail handling.

Clients rave about the super-friendly staff, saying they were always ready to smooth out issues, whether it’s helping with tech, greeting your clients, or just setting a positive daily tone.

Best of all, you get round-the-clock access, secured wifi, fully furnished spaces, printing/scanning, notary, and complimentary refreshments at their in-house cafe.

One drawback is their live phone answering—it’s just an add-on, which feels like a missed opportunity to go that extra mile.

Pros

  • Well-equipped, secure offices
  • Professional onsite staff
  • Flexible terms and payment
  • Shared amenities and networking
  • Two locations for convenience

Cons

  • A live telephone answering service is extra

Welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service

“I just spent the day with our leadership team here at Essential Offices. The space was inviting, clean and energizing. There were snack options, good coffee (as far as office coffee goes), sparkling filtered water on tap and an our conference room was comfortable. Most of all, Jodi our concierge at the front desk was delightful and extremely accommodating. We have used this place before our time here today and will use it again. We had a good experience at a good price.”

Consistent quality and friendly coworking environment

“5 stars for sure. I have been a tenant for almost 5 years and nothing but a great experience. The environment, office and conference rooms are exactly what I was looking for to meet with my tax clients. The break room always has fresh coffee and snacks. Even though it’s a shared space i feel like I work with coworkers because you see the same people day in and day out. I definitely recommend checking out Essential Offices at 3030 NW expressway or their Edmond location if you need an office of meeting room.”

Project 3810 is more about creating a real community of entrepreneurs and small businesses than it is about fancy aesthetics—so if you want sleek marble reception desks, this isn’t that.

But what’s cool is that you get offices of all sizes, from coworking desks to semi-private spaces to climate-controlled flex areas designed for eCommerce, assembly, or even light manufacturing.

Their private office spaces are unfurnished, which actually works great if you like making your space fit your style; most tenants we spoke with enjoyed that freedom. Plus, with one all-inclusive payment covering bills, utilities, and internet, budgeting’s a breeze.

You’ll also get to utilize the break room, conference and training rooms, and the usual perks like free parking and coffee.

We also noticed people rave about the networking and support here. The management team really makes an effort to connect members with each other and the wider OKC business ecosystem by hosting regular workshops and industry events.

Sadly, printing and phone services are not included in the packages, so you need to pay extra for these.

Pros

  • All-inclusive pricing
  • Free coffee and parking
  • Genuine community feel
  • Versatile space options
  • Regular networking events

Cons

  • Extra like printing and phone services cost more

Supportive community and flexible event space

“Project 3810 team is great at connecting with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and one of the only certified business incubators to provide industrial space. Also, a great place to hold an event if you need space – not fancy but accessible and has great parking and will work with you to promote the event.”

Cara Jane Evans, Google Review

Genuine care and hands-on business support

“The team at Project 3810 cares about their clients and supporting new businesses. Vicki and Shawn are more than “landlords”, they’re incubator managers who support growing businesses. Stop by and check out their coworking and office spaces.”

We’re suckers for a good little old-style place and loved discovering that The Branch OKC is just that, with its exposed brick, wood, and concrete floors, and huge windows for lots of natural light!

While touring their spaces, we quickly saw that they offer much more than just desk space: you’ve got flexible options for coworking memberships, private offices, hourly rentals, plus thoughtfully organized community and private events.

Amenities-wise, the Branch beats out plenty of other OKC spaces with privacy booths, legal/notary services, paper shredding, and even a virtual office package.

What’s more, there’s high-speed WiFi, printers, a receptionist, and mail handling, and genuinely social networking events (not just a “grab a cookie” meetups).

Something else we really appreciated was the location being super walkable and bike-friendly—right in the heart of the city—so it’s easy to access however you get around.

On the flip side, when we booked a tour, the response was pretty slow.

Pros

  • Vintage-industrial vibe
  • Practical amenities
  • Social and networking events
  • Walkable location
  • Flexible membership options

Cons

  • Slow appointment responses

Welcoming team and laid-back atmosphere

“The Branch is such a great place to work! The team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting—with coffee, snacks, and good vibes always available. Plus, its close proximity to EOTE and Parlor makes grabbing a bite super convenient. I’ve really loved being part of this space!”

“The most professional working space in Oklahoma City. Great staff. Clean environment, and the aesthetics of this space enhances your meetings and events, which sets the tone for the everyday professional.”

If you’re on the hunt for an office space in OKC that actually feels alive, The Verge OKC is one that stood out to us during our visit. They’ve set up their fifth-floor spot to cater to everything from solo desks and soft seating to team offices.

There’s also enough high-top and collaborative workspace so you aren’t locked into any one vibe. Their private offices are priced to be startup-friendly, and we noticed that teams can share space to save a few bucks.

There’s coffee, tea, and water, and you’ll never hunt for a pen since on-site office supplies, printing, and notary services come as part of the deal.

The meeting rooms aren’t just for a show, either; they’re decked out for brainstorming and focused work, while the Innovation Lounge and big conference spaces are constantly used for events, board meetings, and group breakout sessions.

The only real headache here is the parking, since you’ll need to pay for street or lot parking.

Pros

  • Start-up friendly pricing
  • Great networking and events
  • Flexible workspaces and amenities
  • Engaged, ambitious community
  • Modern meeting and event spaces
  • Office supplies available on-site

Cons

  • Paid parking

Inclusive atmosphere and strong networking culture

“The Verge OKC is the place to be for anything entrepreneurial

or tech! Whether you just need a desk for the day or want to set up shop is an office overlooking OKC, you will be welcomed with smiling faces, great conversation, and connections you won’t find elsewhere.  They also have several events throughout the month so there is no lack of learning and networking opportunities.”

Dayclub Modern Workspaces in downtown OKC makes it super easy to set up shop, especially if you like things streamlined and hassle-free.

Their pricing covers everything—parking, utilities, printing, meeting rooms—so you’re not getting nickel-and-dimed for every little thing.

The front desk is staffed during the day, so someone’s always there to greet your guests or help out with mail and deliveries.

One thing people consistently mention is how good the perks are: locally roasted coffee, cold brew, local beers on tap, and snacks.

Workspace options range from flexible memberships with access to their bright, open common areas to dedicated desks with lockable storage and private offices.

These office spaces can also be customized for teams of up to eight, and come with 24/7 access. The meeting setups are solid, too, whether you need a full conference room, a breakout area, or just a phone booth for calls.

The only catch is that the sizable units get booked up quickly, so if you need more room, you really have to move fast. Otherwise, you might end up with a smaller space.

Pros

  • All-inclusive pricing
  • Free parking
  • Range of flexible offices and membership options
  • Excellent amenities
  • Friendly, onsite support team

Cons

  • Larger offices sell out fast

Welcoming atmosphere and strong community

“I have worked at Day Club for a few months now and have loved every second of it! There are a variety of spaces to work / meet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And my team and I have built a sense of community here. I can’t recommend Day Club enough to anyone looking for modern work space.”

Avery Slavin Copeland, Google Review

Thoughtful amenities and attentive staff

“I love working here! The location is perfect, the offices are all nice and professional, there are several conference rooms you can reserve for meetings and phone booths to take calls in without any noise. They keep coffee hot and ready and have snacks available for members! It is a place that pays attention to the details and the crew running it is fantastic and so friendly! If you are looking for an office downtown, you should schedule a tour!”
