One of the things they praised is the company’s wide range of services that benefit both tenants and lessors. For starters, they’ll shoulder everything from the lessors’ responsibilities, from advertising their listings to evicting violating tenants, maintaining properties, etc.

We’ve also gotten a hold of their current tenants, and one of their consensus is the responsiveness of their management.

We sat down with their clients and they spoke fondly about working seamlessly with the company’s managers. They’ve described them as reliable and efficient when it comes to filling vacancies quickly, thanks to their relationship-building skills with tenants.

Their tenant screening process is nothing to look past either. Aside from the usual income verification and credit history, they also check their criminal backgrounds, rental history and eviction records.

Another thing that their clients attribute to this company’s seamlessness is the complete set of services they offer. Upon consultation (which they offer for free), they’ll handle everything, from marketing to rent collections, inspections, maintenance, etc.

The only complaint we’ve heard from their current clients is that they sometimes take too long to respond to their messages and maintenance requests.

Luxe Sales and Management was one of our first candidates because of their guarantees for both tenants and lessors. Among these, the eviction guarantee caught our attention the most, which was elaborated by a handful of their property owners during our interviews.

In this guarantee, Luxe promises to shoulder the court filing fees amounting to $1,000 if the lessor wants to evict the tenant screened by the property manager. This gave us the impression that the company knows how to take accountability for their mistakes.

We also like the convenient online statement portal they offer for both tenants and property owners. Speaking of payments, Luxe Sales has been highlighted by their clients as being reliable when it comes to providing a steady stream of returns on investments.

However, we’re disappointed about hearing several complaints from their previous clients. These include issues regarding their unresponsiveness, delayed repairs, etc.

Also, we think that it would benefit both the company and potential clients if Luxe Sales could provide more in-depth details regarding their services on their website.

“I would like to write a review on how wonderful this company is. Dara and Chasity went out of their way to help my parents move into a one-story home. My mother’s health was declining, and she was no longer able to climb the stairs in her current home.

Draper Realty and Construction was recommended to us by a friend who recently leased their condo unit. One thing she said about this company that attracted our attention was its in-depth marketing strategies that allowed it to quickly find a tenant.

We were pleased when we discovered that their marketing program doesn’t just involve putting the listing on their website. Their service included traditional methods like putting up ads in newspapers and providing for rent signs, as well as modern means like social media campaigns.

Their regulars have also praised the inclusion of the management services. More specifically, they’ve praised the company’s fine screening with their tenants, as they check everything thoroughly, from the employment status to the credit history, etc.

One of the downsides in our books is the slightly inconvenient location, as their offices are quite far from Oklahoma’s downtown area. Furthermore, their operating hours are quite limited since they’re only open on weekdays.

LevelOne Property Management & Leasing offers one of the most convenient management services in Oklahoma, thanks to its online portal for both tenants and lessors. From the tenant’s POV, this portal is used to make scheduled payments and request maintenance and repairs.

Meanwhile, lessors can conveniently use this portal to pay HOAs on time and track monthly reports from their LevelOne managers. We also want to highlight the reports they provide because they’re always on time, and feature detailed information like earnings.

Going back to their maintenance and repairs online application service, we appreciate the convenience and timeliness of their managers. Several of their clients noted during our interviews how they didn’t wait for weeks just for LevelOne to address their repair request.

This brings us to one of their best assets, seamless communication. The most noticeable consensus we’ve noticed with our interviews was the responsiveness of the managers, with clients noting how they received replies even late at night.

Our only gripe is its marketing services, or the lack thereof. We think that they could improve on this more as opposed to just posting lessors’ listings on their website.
