“We live in a house in midtown Tulsa that was built in 1916, and due to the placement of storm windows on the inside of our casement windows a decade or more before we bought the house the wood windows were rotting off the house. When they tell what they’re doing, then accomplish it by the numbers and if you have a question they stop and explain everything and don’t start until I was totally satisfied.
