We’ve never been disappointed the moment we found HappyCleans, a cleaning service in Oklahoma City that has earned recognition and been featured by trusted magazines, like Architectural Digest.
Hardly shocking, really, considering the excellent overall quality of service we’ve seen. Let’s start with their offerings, which tackle all sorts of dirty situations, from one-time to deep to move-in/move-out cleaning.
Additionally, their cleaning services are totally customizable to cater to specific needs. It even includes decluttering and organizing, which is a nice add-on for move-out cleaning.
When our team hired their services, we were pleased with the results. The bathroom was sparkling once again, the surfaces were dust-free, and the seemingly unremovable grime was tackled meticulously.
It would be a 10/10 if you could get your favorite cleaners every time, but alas, it’s not a sure thing. It’s understandable with their busy schedule, which also means they can’t cater to same-day requests. They compensate for their daily availability, nonetheless.

The quality of cleaning here is outstanding, as they started back in the 2020 pandemic, which resulted in a high standard of cleanliness. From what we’ve seen, it hasn’t dwindled down, as they maintained their strict protocols to ensure every spot is clean.
But we would like to see an online booking system, just to eliminate back-and-forth communication. Then again, they were easy to talk to, so it wasn’t a big issue.

CottageCare is a cleaning company that started off small and expanded to more locations across the USA. It’s impressive, even more so when you find out that their cleaning service remains spotless.
Starting off with their services, we like that they leave no stone unturned. Their cleaners are thorough, from top to bottom, including vacuuming upholstery and dusting every decor.
We particularly like their tailored services, like venturing out of the house to the garage to sweep the leaves and clear away the cobwebs. They’re also open for move-in/move-out and apartment complex cleaning.
However, their OKC cleaning team isn’t as accessible as we’d like, since they’re closed on weekends for existing customers. Surprisingly, they’re open on Saturday for new customers, but only for pricing inquiries.
These folks get 5/5 for their pricing, which we found to be affordable for Oklahoma City. It’s a plus that there are no rescheduling fees and there’s no need for long-term contracts, giving you plenty of scheduling flexibility.

We love how they offer maid services, and they’ve actually become a local go-to for Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers. They’re an all-in-one solution that actually gets the job done, all for a price that won’t drain your bank account.
Judging by our observations, they don’t leave until they’ve ticked all the boxes in their cleaning checklist. Every corner and space is confronted with a mighty duster, so efficiently that most clients have hired them for recurring services.
We’re probably being nitpicky here, but it would be helpful to add an online booking system to keep things smooth. But we’ll let it slide, since they’re very accommodating to last-minute cleaning, as long as they have an open slot.

They clean homes and offices, and they’re also available for move-in/move-out cleaning in OKC. Service-wise, they’ve got the basics.
But things are boosted through their Detail-Clean Rotation System, which is a process that divides the whole place into separate areas to ensure nothing is missed. Based on what we’ve observed, this method keeps things neat and efficient.
The highlight is their use of green cleaning products, as they stick to ECOLOGO-certified supplies to reduce environmental impact. Better yet, these products are safe for kids and pets.
The only hiccup? Their communication, mainly about the pricing and slow follow-ups for clients who weren’t completely satisfied with the cleaning. We still appreciate them for taking accountability, we just wish it were a little faster.
