One of our favorite things about Living Spaces is the easy process, from picking furniture on the website to delivery. In-store shopping is nice too, but when you’re snowed under, the virtual video appointment is a huge help for online shopping.

As for home and apartment furniture selection in OKC, there are tons. You’ll find lots of colors, designs, and sizes to fit even the weirdest corners in your place.

In addition, they have custom upholstery, perfect when you want to maximize your space. It’s not all rosy, however, because based on our experience, furniture quality could be a hit or miss.

It would’ve been fine if not for the slow customer support, mainly regarding the refund process. But it’s not like all’s bad, since we’ve purchased office furniture that has lasted for years.

How is this possible, you ask? Everything you’ll see at the warehouse is liquidation furniture or overstock, so you get the same quality but priced 25% to 75% less than retail stores, like a sectional for $599.

We did notice that the inventory goes out the door pretty quickly, but new pieces arrive every week. And since there’s no fixed collection, only in-warehouse shopping is available.

On the bright side, they have flexible free delivery, sometimes available on the same day or 30 minutes after you’ve purchased your furniture. Assembly is also part of their services that adds to the already smooth experience.

You’ll even receive white glove delivery in Oklahoma City, where home furniture includes delivery, assembly, and packaging clean-up, although it’s priced slightly higher at $190.

In addition, in-store furniture purchases are usually dispatched the same day, while there’s a short two-day wait to schedule online orders. In general, delivery’s fairly quick for OKC, but there were times when clients noted delays.

Nonetheless, the customer service we’ve experienced has been solid. They’ve been quick to address issues, and in-store shopping didn’t feel like we were being eyed the whole time.
