For those still on the fence, we appreciate that the company offers free estimates and consultations making it easier for customers to weigh their options.
That said, we appreciate their strong labor and manufacturing warranties, for added reassurance. To boot, they have a gallery of their past work for a clearer idea of what to expect.
On top of that, we like that they’re open 24 hours daily, offering same-day appointments and emergency services when needed. Along with their fast turnaround, they’re a reliable choice for urgent garage door repairs.
But here’s the hitch: They’re a relatively new company, which might be a concern for those who prefer a more long-established company.

What we love most about CCM Overhead Doors is that they’re a true all-rounder, handling everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs for residential and commercial garage doors with ease since 2009.
One thing to note is that they’re only available from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, which can limit flexibility, especially during emergencies. Even so, it’s usually pretty easy to get an appointment, and their team can even fit in same-day bookings when possible.
Another consideration is that their warranty only applies to installation, which could be a concern as this could leave customers on the hook for any future repairs.
That said, their “get it done once, get it done right” approach reassures most of their regular clients that problems are unlikely. We also appreciate that they usually arrive fully-equipped, allowing them to resolve most issues on the first visit.
