That’s why my team and I reviewed the best interior design firms in Oklahoma City to help with everything from remodels to new builds. Keep reading to find the one that fits your home or business best.

And yes, you can “see” the vision since the firm provides floor plans, AutoCAD drawings, and 2D/3D renderings to help you clearly see realistic design concepts. The clients we chatted with had great things to say about how Micah and her team were able to capture what they wanted.
It’s also convenient that they handle everything from concept to installation, so you won’t have to stress about dealing with multiple contractors or decisions alone, especially for first-timers.

We also like that they pretty much carry the weight of the project, considering that they cover initial concepts, floor plans, construction, installation, and final styling. This makes monitoring and coordinating incredibly seamless and efficient.
Additionally, the firm manages both design and contractor coordination, including structural changes—a significant advantage for large-scale renovation projects.
We found that they don’t mess around with planning, too, since they emphasize individual style and home architecture. Weekends are a no-go, though, so you’ll have to make time during weekdays.
The good news is that their thorough and meticulous assessment and discussion help them provide detailed floor plans and accurate 3D renderings. Accuracy reduces uncertainty and aligns expectations early on,

Right off the bat, we noticed that one of L. Harper Designs’ strong points is its experienced team, which includes multiple designers. More designers mean stronger creative input, and there’s more to go through if demand is at its peak.
With that kind of team, it’s no surprise that they offer full renovations, new builds, styling, and one-time consultations. It also helps that they provide 2D and 3D renderings, including walk-throughs, so you can preview layouts and finishes at early stages.
They’ve got an impressive portfolio, too. Their projects range from modern family homes to luxury kitchens and bathrooms.
Another thing we appreciate is that their rates are posted on their website. On the flipside, we do think their consultation rates can be slightly pricey, especially if you’re only planning on a small or simple project.
Overall, L. Harper Designs is a solid pick, especially for full-home renovations that require everything from design consultations down to custom beddings.

They’re big on guiding new construction and major renovation projects from concept to completion, too. In other words, you get to benefit from a cohesive design direction that integrates finishes, furnishings, and architectural choices early in the building or remodeling phase.
Here’s the thing, though: yes, they cover design direction and coordination, but they don’t offer general contracting services themselves.
On a positive note, we like that you can reach out to them and have one-on-one video consultations if you’re just after expert advice and not the full service.
You can even push this further by using their curated products or “Build Recipes,” which are basically source guides that help simplify design decisions and allow a more affordable DIY-friendly option.

Comprehensive is another way to describe their services, given that they take care of planning, sourcing, ordering, and installation. Simply put, centralized management makes building and renovations less stressful and more predictable.
Speaking of centralized management, we have to give them props for collaborating and keeping tabs on architects and builders to make sure everything is going as planned. This improves timing, avoids miscommunication, and helps stay aligned with construction requirements.
Just note that they book around 8-10 weeks in advance, so timing is important here. Still, we can’t deny that their thorough and structured process from consultation to finishing allows them to produce better outcomes.
