Based on our experience, their therapists knew exactly how to provide an intense massage, but you can always ask for gentle strokes. The adaptability is top-notch, as they know how to target pressure points.
To top it off, their prices are tough to beat. A foot massage starts at $40, while a couples massage costs $120.
Booking by phone may not be the smoothest experience due to language gaps, but it’s not tough to get an appointment online, anyway. You can even get same-day bookings most days!

We can confidently say that Elevate Modern Massage is Oklahoma City’s one-stop shop for ultimate relaxation. They offer two types of services that will keep stress away: massages and facials.
They’ve got quite an array of services, including hot stone massage, cupping, and side-lying prenatal massage. Their signature massage deserves the spotlight, though, as it combines various modalities to reduce fatigue and inflammation.
For a complete relaxation day, we recommend getting a facial, as it includes a 60-minute body massage, a facial massage, complimentary drinks, and aromatherapy. That’s quite a lot of benefits for one service, no?
One of the best things about this massage spot is the flat rates. It basically means you don’t have to tip—in fact, they won’t accept it—so you’ll pay exactly what you expect to.
Just so you know: not all services are available to book online, so it’s best to phone them for a massage. The overall vibe of this place impressed us, though, with a downtown OKC location and calming atmosphere.

Purity Day Spa is one of those massage spots our team likes when we’re searching for health and wellness. It’s because they operate a day and med spa, so you get the best of both worlds.
The whole spa experience we’ve seen is all about the client’s comfort, with tailored services to target specific needs. And when you look at their services, they can do this with ease.
For instance, they offer massages, like deep tissue and prenatal, as well as full body scrubs and facials. As a cherry on top, they have a sauna on-site, which you can use with any service, and complimentary beverages.
How was the massage, you ask? Fantastic. Our team and the clients we spoke with felt comfortable and relaxed, as the therapists managed to loosen tight knots with a deep massage.
A heads up: parking may be an issue on weekends and peak hours. Book a weekday to secure a slot for a smooth start.

I can’t describe the massage in any way other than it was completely therapeutic in every sense of the word. The spa is an old historic house that’s been converted so there’s still that charm coming through even though it has modern furnishings. You see, their massage services will target pressure points to help relax your body. They offer traditional Thai bodywork, pre and postnatal massage, herbal compress, and hot stone massage, among others.
We want to highlight Thai Tok Sen, a massage that uses a wooden hammer and a wedge to tap blocked energy points in your body. It’s an authentic Thai massage in OKC, and you don’t even need to travel far.
Couples massages are here too, but these are only available four times a week. A little wait is fine since you’ll receive the Thai massage you need, considering their therapists were specifically trained for it.
As for the prices, they’re not cheap but not expensive either. Average, to be honest, but worth every penny if you want therapeutic massages.

We like The Wandering Clay because it’s a massage spot in OKC where you can relax and heal your body. It starts with their calming space, which is decorated with the proper colours and textures that bring tranquility.
They deliver a whole new massage experience, whether your body needs assisted stretching, stress relief, or steady pressure. They offer The WB Massage (which mixes various modalities), prenatal massage, Thai bodywork, and table Thai.
Plus, the flexibility through add-ons brings a more tailored experience, like dry brushing and foot soaking. Their lounge experience nails the whole thing, where you can unplug, enjoy complimentary infrared sauna access, and free drinks and snacks.
The only bummer is their availability, since they’re closed three times a week. Online booking is easy peasy, anyway, and it’s easy to find an available slot.
Price-wise, they’re quite competitive for the level of service and complimentary experiences they offer. Their signature massage starts at $120 for 60 minutes, which is a fair price for Oklahoma City.
