During our interviews, Jinnat’s personalized sessions were also consistently mentioned. Clients added that they felt genuinely cared for and that their personal goals were listened to, which further inspired them to improve their eating habits.
We also admire Jinnat’s emphasis on the behavioral and mental aspects of nutrition, which leads to a more holistic lifestyle transformation. She integrates this in handling different cases, including weight management, eating disorders, diabetes, and metabolic conditions.
Jinnat’s sessions are also well-structured, which include in-depth 60-minute sessions, meal planning, and accountability follow-ups. We’re also pleased that they help create grocery lists for clients.
