Business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Club Pilates was one of our top picks because it’s one of the most well-known studios in the world and has several locations in OKC alone.
Furthermore, they offer a user-friendly online system that lets students book a class based on their preferred class type, instructor, and schedule. However, we want to warn you that it can be challenging to fit into their schedule, so it’s best to book weeks in advance.
We also wanted to include Club Pilates for its excellent class selection, which ranges from class duration to intensity, etc.
One of their best-selling classes is Cardio Sculpt, a 50-minute low-impact cardio workout that’s high-energy. It uses a jumpboard with spring tension for smooth aerobatic maneuvers without stressing the joints.
We also appreciate the studio’s beginner-friendliness, offering a course solely to help them progress to the regular workout plans. Furthermore, the sense of community is naturally warm and welcoming, thanks to the instructors’ personalities.
Continues to teach us the fundamentals
“Michele is a star! I love that she continues to teach us the fundamentals of movement and breath. No matter how long I’ve been practicing pilates, I continue to learn and connect more appropriately… it never gets “easy,” and I am always challenged.”
– Rebekka Fox, Google Review
Keeps things fresh
“Heather is an excellent Pilates instructor. She’s always so attentive, reminds us to engage our muscles, and describes/demonstrates the moves for us in great detail.
Her classes are fun and upbeat, and we are always doing something different, which keeps things fresh. Can’t recommend her enough!”

Core Pilates Studio immediately piqued our interest when we saw its space first-hand. We liked its overall cosy ambience and bright rooms, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light.
We also spoke with its regulars, who shared that they were welcomed warmly and with open arms by staff, including the instructors. They even shared how the instructors went out of their way to introduce them to the rest of the class.
Students also shared that the classes are fun and engaging while remaining challenging. Among these is the combo class, a favorite of many for its use of multiple pieces of equipment, including the reformer, tower, spine corrector, and chair.
Since this is technically a boutique Pilates studio, you do get used to being on a waitlist to join some of their more in-demand classes. However, they somewhat make up for this by being open seven days a week.
The studio is beautiful, people are friendly
“Love this Pilates studio! I attended my first EVER Pilates class with Kasey, and she was so friendly. I showed up a little early and let her know it was my first time. She introduced me to the reformer and let me know what to expect.
The studio is beautiful, people are friendly, and classes are challenging (in a good way!) I highly recommend Core Pilates Studio for anyone looking to work on strength and flexibility.”

Super knowledgeable
“Truly the best Pilates studio ever! I dropped in after I noticed they had remodeled and felt so welcomed!
The instructor gave a lot of individual feedback and seemed super knowledgeable. Core Pilates is definitely a challenging studio for fitness buffs/Pilates experts, but it makes beginners feel welcome.”

Clients also shared how they don’t just go here for Pilates, but for barre training and yoga as well, thanks to its complete facilities and overall serene ambience.
We were also pleased to discover that the studio’s instructors were welcoming as well. For instance, they never let anyone feel out of place, and they take the time to get to know their students.
Our interviewees also shared that small class sizes allow them to get to know one another on a personal level. Furthermore, the instructors take this opportunity to learn the students’ strengths and weaknesses and adapt the class based on them.
The only downside is that they seem to only offer a single type of Pilates class. Moreover, they don’t clearly define which classes are for beginners and more experienced students.
Inclusive, funny, and kind!

Le Bloc Pilates was recommended to us by our respondents because of its great sense of community. They added how they felt close to other students as well as the instructors because of the small classes.
Our favourite thing about this place is its great selection of class types, including a total body burn, a power reformer, and creative choreography.
The main highlight, however, is their patented “The Bloc Method”, which is their most challenging among the bunch because of its high intensity and full-body nature. It’s also the best way to correct different forms and breathing techniques.
The studio was also praised during our interviews due to its homey vibes. From the wooden floorboards to the warm light fixtures, the design made the place feel more cosy and less like a commercial gym.
Lastly, we liked how they offered flexible classes, offering one-time drop-ins to monthly subscriptions, and even ones designed specifically for beginners. However, not everyone might be into the high-energy classes that the instructors bring in every session.
Kind, welcoming, and helpful
“Took my first ever reformer class at Le Bloc. The instructor was so kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever I had questions. I loved the small class atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great workout in a judgment-free place, try them!”
– Carrie Williamson, Google Review
The absolute best!!
“This is my very first time doing Pilates at 32 years old after two kids, and I have to say Rachel Braddock is the absolute best!!
She is highly focused on the quality of movement over quantity and will constantly correct your form, adjust the resistance, and provide modifications for the less advanced. Her playlists are fire and will have you going at 6am! Joining Le Bloc was the best decision I’ve ever made!”

5. FLO State Studio

Classes: Hot reformer pilates, hot mat pilates
Location: 9610 N May Ave
Contact: +1 405-849-9690
Business hours: Open 24 hours
We’ve been familiar with FLO State Studio prior to this review because of its creative hot Pilates. As the name suggests, these classes are held in heated rooms, with temperatures up to 98 degrees for added challenge and to increase intensity with every movement.
We reached out to the studio’s students, and they shared how much they feel every pose due to the added heat and how much relief they feel afterwards. Some even said that they felt like they were in a sauna.
The overall vibe of the studio was also highlighted as being community-centred. Students shared how they immediately got rid of their first-time jitters upon entering the class because of how welcoming the instructors and fellow classmates were.
FLO’s instructors were also praised for their great energy during classes. They were also impressed with their deep knowledge regarding Pilates, yoga, and fitness overall.
On the other hand, we received a few minor complaints about the slightly higher prices for the studio’s classes.
Really impressed with the whole experience
“I really enjoy this place! I just started, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Not only are the people here incredibly nice, but the instructors are just as kind!
If you’re a newcomer, they definitely will work with you to help you understand the poses for VinyasaFlo better. (I’m sure they do the same for every other class, but I’m just reviewing this one, as this is the only one I’ve taken so far!)
I’m really excited to try the pilates next! Also, after I started, they sent me a free gift card through Nift! I used them to get some heavily discounted Fabletics leggings and sports bras! I will definitely be coming back!”
– Marjorie Wortham, Google Review
By far, the best, hands-down!
“I’ve been going here for yoga and now pilates for many years. I tried other places, this place is by far the BEST! Hands-down! I love all of the classes and instructors. It’s my home away from home! Best environment for an incredible workout!”
