When it comes to drain cleaning, they only use advanced methods, like high-pressure water jetting, to remove even the most stubborn blockages. These come with video inspections too, so you’re sure they’re not going in blind.
What we most appreciate is their skills in unclogging drains in older homes, which require a more careful touch due to aging pipes. And yes, they know how to do it well, since their technicians have completed their jobs efficiently and effectively.
However, there were a couple of issues with cancelled appointments when they were up to their neck in work. Thankfully, these aren’t typical occurrences, since their response time has mostly been quick, and they’re open 24/7.

“Great experience. Had a washing machine drain that was backing up. Receptionist who took my call was very kind, informative, and professional. They came out same-day on a weekend, assessed the situation and gave an upfront flat rate quote at a very reasonable cost. They accidentally broke some PVC piping trying to access where they needed to get to, and the owner came by within an hour with parts, so once they were done, they replaced what they broke at no additional cost. Even though the job took longer than was expected before they could get to the root of the problem, they still honored their quote. They did a great job! Will definitely use them again.”

It’s the straightforward service from Arnold’s Plumbing that caught our attention. Their team provides a small business type of service: reliable and honest.
You see, they’re quite effective in cleaning drains in a safe manner. They start with inspections to check how deep the clogging issue is, then move to the most effective method based on the severity of the blockage.
Plus, they arrive on the dot, which is nice, but it would’ve been perfect if they offered emergency services. Unfortunately, they’re also closed on weekends.
They’re still our choice, budget-wise. We found that their quotations have been fair and accurate, with detailed explanations so clients know where their money is going.
The best part is their protection coverage, where parts and labor have a one-year warranty. And yes, they do return to the property for jobs that aren’t quite up to standards, and don’t leave it without cleaning up.

The quality of service we’ve seen has been incredible, as they managed to clean the most clogged drains, starting with a video camera inspection. Their hydro jetting method can clean the most stubborn clogs since it’s a high-pressure technique.
Furthermore, this technique is eco-friendly, so you won’t have to worry about chemicals damaging your piping system. To make the service more comprehensive, they offer grease trap cleaning.
Their prices aren’t so friendly, unfortunately. That said, they offer flexible financing options to accommodate various budgets for residential and commercial clients.

Their drain cleaning services are available for emergencies, 24 hours every day. Their method won’t damage your pipes, since they use a variety of techniques that will effectively and safely clean out debris, such as hydro jetting and drain snakes.
These folks work fast without cutting corners and leaving any mess. Some clients even told us that their drain cleaning service finished within an hour, except for severely blocked drains that require a bit more TLC.
We like their coverage as well, offering services to residential and commercial properties. As for their rates, we think they’re quite fair and reasonable, but it’s unfortunate to hear instances when they arrived on the job with some quotation errors.

We like how upfront Mr. Rooter Plumbing has been to their clients, residential and commercial. They provide accurate pricing and give out a price before they start, ensuring that there are no surprises with the bill.
Their professional approach also won us over, as they finish by cleaning up the mess after every job. And when it comes to the drain cleaning task, we were happy with the results we’ve seen, where stubborn clogs are completely flushed out.
We want to note that they’re slightly pricey, not by a lot, but enough for you to notice. Then again, quality comes at a price, and the efficient job that’s available round-the-clock is worth every penny.
Scheduling has been fairly easy, which is fantastic for busy bees. They do arrive on time and go above and beyond by providing same-day and next-day appointments, as long as their schedule allows.
