The 5 Clinics with the Best Gynecologists in Oklahoma for Every Stage of Female Care

gynecologists-in-oklahoma
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Gynecology Services: We compared each provider’s gynecologic services, including well-woman exams, pregnancy-related care, and menopause support. The more offerings, the more patients they can see.

Credentials & Specialization: We checked board certification, fellowship training, and clinical interests. This ensures they can provide high-level care within their range of expertise.

Care Setting & Continuity: We considered whether care is provided by one specialist, a multidisciplinary clinic, or a hospital-connected team. This can affect provider choice and coordination for every patient.

Accessibility & Practical Fit: We reviewed clinic hours, after-hours arrangements, insurance limitations, and age focus. This makes it easy for patients to find a provider who fits their needs.

To be honest, looking for a women’s health doctor is easier said than done. You want someone who will listen to you no matter how small it may be.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We searched for the best gynecologists in Oklahoma who can provide what you need, from routine annual exams to pregnancy discomforts that no number of prenatal massages can help with.

Let’s protect your health at every age and stage. Read on for our top clinics and providers!

Website: https://lakeside-wh.com/

Address: 11200 N Portland Ave
Contact: (405) 936-1500
Hours: Hospital 24/7 | Affiliated outpatient clinic, Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Lakeside Women’s Hospital is a fully licensed, Joint Commission-accredited hospital created for women, with an affiliated gynecology and obstetrics clinic on the second floor.

This setup gives patients access to routine well-woman exams. They have Pap smears, contraception counseling, menopause and hormone care, and gynecologic surgery in one location.

Plus, the surgical program handles laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures. Meanwhile, the pelvic-health program covers physical therapy and treatment for incontinence or pelvic-organ prolapse.

Aside from the all-in-one destination, the high level of nursing support makes the hospital suitable for patients who want pregnancy care connected to the same system.

The main catch is that 24/7 availability applies to the hospital, not routine outpatient appointments. Your experience and treatment options will depend on the doctor you select.

Pros

  • All-in-one facility
  • Combines a women-focused hospital with an affiliated gynecology clinic
  • Provides pelvic-floor therapy and pelvic-health treatment
  • Offers laparoscopic and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery

Cons

  • Routine outpatient gynecology is not available 24/7

Has been my gynecologist for going on two years now
Dr Fong at Lakeside Women’s Hospital has been my gynecologist for going on teo years now. He listens to his patients!!! I have had really bad issues with my gynecological health for years now and he was the first to take me seriously enough to help. It did end in a hysterectomy but he was able to leave the overies behind for hormones. He and his care team have been absolutely amazing. The nurses in the hospital were patient and understanding with me. I tould recommend these Dr’s and the hospital to anyone who would ask.

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Women’s Baptist brings five obstetrics and gynecology physicians together at one clinic on their Baptist Medical Center campus.

Being in a hospital may also make coordination easier when hospital-level care is needed.

Their board-certified OB-GYNs cover abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, fibroids, fertility evaluation, menopause, contraception, prenatal care, and postpartum care.

Additionally, the clinic provides various procedures, such as colposcopy, hysteroscopy, intrauterine device insertion, laparoscopy, hysterectomy, and ovarian cyst treatment.

Another thing we like is the INTEGRIS Health & Me portal to quickly access appointments, messages, and records.

However, there’s no assurance that your preferred doctor specializes in the service you’re after. You’ll need to find one who suits your needs and schedule.

Dr. Sparkes is truly the best
Dr. Sparkes is truly the best!! She is gentle, caring and professional. She educated me during my session like no other. No other prior doctors really explained why they are suggesting or doing. Dr. Sparkes took it to another level and took her time explaining. They are no longer in-network with my insurance; however, I will be still seeing her. DR. SPARKES IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!
