Diagnosed and solved quickly
They sent out Zerell a HVAC Technician to repair and clean my dryer vent. Zerell was very thorough doing a very dirty job which he even cleaned up after he was done and then repaired my vent. Everytime I have called Drabek & Hill they have been great. The one thing that I am not sure of is that their pricing may be a little high but everytime I have called them they have been out within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Mini split wasn’t heating made a call to Direct Air office which customer service was very helpful and customer serving. They were able to get service scheduled quickly. The technician Eric arrived on time and very knowledgeable with mini split systems and proceeded to diagnose and locate a leak on the system.
