We found their team quite helpful, starting with customer service. Based on what we’ve seen, they manage to provide the right details and answer all questions to ensure a smooth process and thorough extermination of bed bugs!
Plus, the on the dot arrivals add to the positive experience, which we appreciate because no time is wasted in bed bug extermination. The 24/7 call availability is also a fantastic addition for emergencies.
The 50% off for new customers is a nice addition. However, this isn’t a done deal since there are exclusions, depending on the service.
Then again, we found their prices quite reasonable for bed bug extermination in Oklahoma City, not to mention the transparent pricing they always give out.

One of our favorite things is their EPA-approved (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) and up-to-date bed bug treatments, which are safe for humans and the environment. These remain effective, as they’ve successfully removed bed bugs.
The comprehensive service also won us over, which includes a strict schedule to ensure follow-up visits are completed. Even the clients we talked to had no trouble with the whole process.
As for their prices, we found them fair. They’re pretty competitive, possibly because they’re a local business, and they’re worth it because of their don’t-stop-until-pests-are-gone attitude.

Thankfully, they actually can! They stick to a free inspection and a customized bed bug treatment plan, ensuring they know exactly the severity of the situation and what to do. And may we add, it’s effective, as they’ve successfully exterminated these nasty pests.
We also like their same-day availability, as long as you call before 2 pm. Next-day visits are possible too, but we must admit that there were reports of late arrivals and no-shows.
On a good note, communication is mostly smooth. They managed to provide the proper bed bug treatment plans to their clients and explained the process clearly to avoid miscommunications.

Let’s start with their bed bug treatment plans, which are safe for kids and pets. In addition to that, these pest control solutions are eco-conscious, ensuring a targeted approach that’s friendly to the environment while eliminating bed bugs.
Moreover, the customized plans focus on long-term solutions to ensure they won’t come back. The thorough inspections help a bunch too, as they’ll meticulously check all possible areas.
The 24-hour availability is nice, but some clients noted that they’re not always on time due to scheduling issues. Communication could improve as well, mainly to give a heads-up in case of delays.
But the end result remains the same: bed bug extermination. Judging by what we’ve seen, they successfully removed these pests using their targeted approach.
