Jones Property Law offers commercial and residential real estate services, enabling them to accommodate all sorts of conveyancing needs. Some of their practice areas include title disputes, contract drafting, co-ownership issues, and transfers.
They’ve got quite a large team of highly experienced lawyers, making them accessible, even during busy months. But what stood out the most was their professionalism, where they go over every document with a fine-tooth comb.
During our surveys, we found out that most lawyers went above and beyond, sometimes even responding after regular business hours. But we must admit that some clients reported slow responses, mainly when the lawyers were snowed under.
It’s not a usual issue, thankfully. Most experiences were positive, where property searches were done meticulously, and title transfers went smoothly. Even the free 15-minute intro call was quite thorough.
As for their fees, we appreciate their transparency, complete with detailed structures and convenient payment processes.

Led by Michael S. Vernon, Vernon Law is a full-service firm in Oklahoma City that’s licensed for multi-jurisdictional representation and specializes in real property law. Therefore, he has a much wider reach than other real estate lawyers.
To give you an example, his services include assessing how the property is sold and how it can be used by other people. He can offer you the typical conveyancing services, such as title valuation and asset negotiation.
He’s highly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of property issues, as he provided clear explanations of the conveyancing procedural steps. But as an attorney who practices in other areas of the law and states, callbacks are sometimes delayed.
On a brighter note, he still manages to stay professional by being diligent and patient. Most clients still felt at ease, even when he didn’t instantly respond, since their contracts were properly handled without delays.

We were fond of Burchfield Law because they’re not your typical firm. They stay ahead of the curve, tech-wise, by accepting cryptocurrency payments, which they’ve been doing since 2017.
This OKC law firm focuses on businesses and investors, so individuals aren’t their main focus. That said, they work on small and large-scale projects, such as startups and multi-state businesses.
You receive the usual conveyancing services here, such as purchase contract assistance, liability protection, and lease purchase agreements. Best of all, they handle cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions, in case you buy a property using crypto.
Their efficiency deserves a mention too, as they prevent delays through proactive communication and on-time paperwork completion. Even the clients we spoke with were pleased with their turnaround times, even for complex transactions.
Just a quick FYI: they don’t have courtroom lawyers, should you need one when disputes or complications arise. They’ll put you in touch with their trusted firm, though.

For example, he can answer every single question you may have, which showcases his knowledge of the industry, from contract negotiation to disputes. Plus, he works with individuals, small business owners, and investors, so he’s got a rein on all things.
Just so you know, he does get busy, given that he takes charge directly. So, expect slightly delayed responses at times, but it’s not like he’ll completely ignore your inquiries.
Best of all, his rates are quite reasonable for a conveyancing service in Oklahoma City. In fact, he’s one of the most reasonable we’ve seen in the area, and he offers a good value for money based on the overall quality of service.

In addition, they work with residential and commercial clients, whether for in-person or remote transactions. Their wide array of services is also helpful, including partitions, property closures, leasing, title disputes, and real estate joint ventures
They’re a small law firm where you can expect direct involvement from your attorney, although slow call responses are to be expected when they’re swamped. Still, we appreciate that they communicate properly with clients, even when the issue is simple.
They won’t hurt your pockets too, since their rates are surprisingly reasonable for such an efficient service. From what we’ve seen, they complete the task on time while maintaining an eye for detail, resulting in a smooth conveyancing process.
