And yes, they didn’t disappoint us. From what we’ve seen, they managed to provide home inspection reports that are easy to understand, complete with photos and clearly outlined findings.
Service-wise, they’ve got it all handled. To give you an idea, they stick to full home inspections that cover every single aspect, from roofing to appliances to electrical systems.
Weekend operations are out of the window, unfortunately. On the bright side, scheduling an appointment is easy peasy via their website, where plenty of slots are available, including next-day home inspections anywhere in Oklahoma City.

But seriously, you won’t need to use their protection warranty because every home inspection report we’ve looked through has been in-depth. This is due to their 500-point inspection and free foundation survey, a comprehensive system that covers all angles.
Another reason is their knowledgeable team, who know the ins and outs of home building. Basically, their home inspector is well-versed in the field, having passed the National Home Inspector Examination on the first try.
While weekend home inspections aren’t on the cards, they remain accessible. Even the clients we spoke with appreciated that they arrived when they said they would, started and finished the job on time, and delivered the inspection report earlier than expected.

We were first led to Picture Perfect Inspections after a friend had loads of good things to say. Upon further research, we were impressed by their deep dives into home inspection, where everything is covered.
Their comprehensive services include interior and exterior areas, from roofs to crawl spaces. More importantly, they stick to advanced tools for more accurate readings, say, moisture in walls and ceilings.
Their services aren’t as vast as we’d like, mainly when compared to other home inspectors in the area. Don’t get us wrong, they still have the complete list, including thermal imaging and sewer scope inspections, but add-ons are limited.
Still, they’re a good option if you’re searching for a home inspection service that won’t break the bank. Even their weekend inspections are fairly priced.
Lastly, their knowledge of inspecting old homes and new builds, friendliness and professionalism, attention to detail, and on-time deliverables make them a solid pick, overall.
