As for their water softener products, we like the variety we’ve seen. There’s a WiFi-enabled system and easy-to-use electronically controlled tanks, all to improve shampoo lathering and remove water spots.
Not everything’s rosy, however, since customer service and follow-up visits tend to get a little slow. It makes sense, if you think about it, since their certified technicians do get a ton of calls.
On a brighter note, clients appreciated the weekend availability for installations, since there’s no need to take a day off work. Even when their water softener systems are a little bit pricey, they won’t cost an arm and a leg.
